How Wrong Were the Polls?

Just had to steal this from M. Yglesias. This pokes a big hole in the "Bradley" (closest racist) effect and buttresses the female backlash against the media / Hillary's campaign was super-organized explanations.

closet racist? I've never heard of the Bradley effect before, but it sounds really sad. People shouldn't feel pressured to say they're voting for someone they don't believe in just so they don't appear racist. Plus, the real election results are still there, regardless of what they said in the polls. It just shows how people will do dumb things if it makes them look better. But the numbers are still there.
